Account Manager The Account Manager role is telephone based and you will be calling existing accounts to offer support and manage customer queries. This is NOT a cold calling role. You will be the first point of call for any customer wanting to place an order with the company and assisting customers with any issues they raise and liaising with external sales reps if needed. This is a long-established and respected electrical manufacturer. They have built their reputation on providing excellent customer service to electrical contractors and wholesalers and have developed long established trading relationships with companies of various sizes. They are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and highly motivated Account Manager to add support to their busy sales team. Your ideal Account Manager skills will include: Excellent IT skills with experience with MS Office, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mentality. Previous customer service or sales support experience.
