Hours and Benefits
£43,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Working 5 days per week: Monday to Thursday 08:30am until 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am until 16:00pm

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the audit process for a varied client portfolio
Planning, executing, and finalising audits for a variety of clients
Performing on-site audit work, either as part of a team or on ones own.
Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of work
Draft audited financial statements for our clients
Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to director
Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines
The ideal candidate:
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
A motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and work independently or as part of a team.
A problem-solver with strong analytical skills, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Audit experience is essential, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, within accountancy practice.
Strong understanding of accounting and audit methodology.
Fully qualified ACA or ACCA
Full driving license
Able to use complex excel functions
