General Role Description: We have a full-time role for a proactive Sales and Merchandising Representative at our friendly London Head Office on Gray's Inn Road.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, analysing sales, as well as undertaking inventory control and invoice management.
We'd like to you to be: Highly analytical, with a strong attention to detail Comfortable being hands-on, combined with an ability to take a wider view Commercially astute, with the ability to spot issues and fashion trends Passionate about resolving challenges and driving improvement A confident presenter and communicator Self-motivated, with a start-up mentality and ability to take tasks through to completion Agile in your approach to time management, particularly during our busy selling season Able to work calmly under pressure and multitask during busy periods A committed team member, contributing to our shared aim Committed to promoting our shared DORINA brand and values Experienced in analysing retail sales and budgets Day to day responsibilities: Sales Analysis Inventory control: Ensuring that products are in stock and replenished regularly Analysing sales: Reviewing sales figures to predict patterns and adjust displays Inventory control & replenishment: KPI – Ensuring key customers are fully stocked based on accurate data analysis Weekly reporting: Undertaking stock and gap analysis for key customers Managing budgets: Using data to plan displays and maximise profits for replenishable stock Customer Order Management Checking & confirming customers’ orders Keeping customer order records Discussing any shortages directly with the customers Entering all orders into the delivery schedule by contract number/ customer/season/ product details/qty/value/ cut-off date/customer delivery date… Communicating any delivery related changes directly with customers Undertaking ad-hoc customer sales related requirements Invoice Management Checking and sending customer invoices Following our customer' invoicing requirements Update delivery schedules with invoice numbers
