Glue Store are looking for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join the team at Penrith!
The Role & Responsibilities:
As Sales Supervisor, your core mission is to provide memorable and unrivaled customer experiences to each and every person that walks through the door.
Glue Store Seasonal Sales Assistants are responsible for the following:
1. Always making our customers our first priority
2. Taking a fun & creative approach to selling
3. Assisting Customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
4. Assisting your Department Managers and share your product knowledge with Customers
5. Escalating any customer complaints to management
6. Being part of a team that values themselves and their Team Members
7. Empowering one another to be accountable and own their results
8. Having fun while getting the work done with energy and a positive attitude
9. Learning from our experiences and celebrating the wins together
10. Working under the guidance and support of your Store Manager, alongside the team to achieve KPI’s and targets
11. Opening and closing procedures
