Our client will consider part-time hours across 3 or 4 days, the role report into the Head of HR and sits within the wider HR team. As a Learning and Development Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Acting as a mentor and guide for existing and new employees helping them integrate into the business and develop their skill set Developing and implementing training programs tailored to various employee groups, helping them understand company processes and culture Ensuring all employees have access to relevant training resources, have training plans and ensuring that professional study agreements and all relevant documentation is in place Conducting regular assessments to identify training needs across the business Designing, developing, and implementing training programs Creating engaging, relevant, and accessible learning content for both in-person and online platforms Work with Managers and Directors to create any learning content specific for their teams and share through the LMS platform Measuring the effectiveness of training programs using evaluations, assessments, and feedback from participants.
