Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
1. Drive the revenue of the Studio creating business opportunities, corporate relationships and hitting income targets.
2. Design and promote activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue.
3. Carry out responsibilities regarding Ten’s policies and procedures.
4. Undertake all duties and interactions with employees, partner providers, and customers fairly.
5. Provide fast, courteous, and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
6. Manage the development of a full range of activities and classes at the Studio, including conducting classes when necessary to support revenue and growth.
7. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including managing staff rotas.
8. Oversee all front of house team functions and reporting.
9. Keep stock records.
10. Prepare and check budgets and generate income.
11. Oversee all required reporting for the Studio (i.e. payroll, end of month reporting, monitoring class numbers, overseeing the class timetable).
12. Ensure all health and safety duties are carried out in accordance with the procedures in place at the studio.
13. Prepare facilities for use to meet Ten Health & Fitness’s service standards.
