If so, come and join EDF as a Senior Data Analyst and make a real impact by driving project success The Opportunity As a Senior Data Analysis, you’ll manage and analyse data to support the delivery and construction teams in addressing risks and issues that impact the construction, fit-out, and commissioning programme. You’ll work closely with the L4 Schedule Integration & Production Control Manager and the Lead Production Controller to provide valuable insights that drive improved performance and decision-making. What you’ll be doing You’ll lead a dedicated team of data analysts to support the Production Control team, ensuring high-quality, actionable data is provided to monitor and improve schedule adherence. You’ll oversee the analysis of Level 4 and Level 5 schedules, progress reports, and other critical data, creating targeted weekly reports that drive performance improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with the L5 Planning and Production Control teams to deliver insightful data, identify areas for continuous improvement, and support the creation of action plans for schedule adherence. Your leadership will ensure that data is understood, validated, and effectively integrated across the team, helping drive mitigation, recovery planning, and resolution of key issues. Who you are You’ll bring proven leadership experience in managing teams within high-pressure environments, consistently delivering top-quality results to tight deadlines. You’ll have knowledge of project planning processes, particularly within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, to identify and resolve complex issues across multiple project interfaces. With significant experience in project controls, Primavera P6, MS Excel, Power BI, and database management, you’ll ensure effective schedule management and oversight. You’ll also utilise your expertise in project/programme management to provide clear, actionable insights, creating visual and written reports that drive success. You should have a strong background in regulated industries such as Nuclear, Defence, or Aerospace to enable you to engage effectively across all levels of the project, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration in a dynamic team environment. Previous experience in HPC processes, procedures and working practices would be beneficial.
