Main duties:
* Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments, and managing their diaries.
* Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.
* Sending out parts to customers and engineers.
* Daily communications with customers, both internal and external.
* Dealing with incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email.
* Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
* Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.
* General data entry.
* Actively seek to achieve all service levels.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives and goals, as well as having a personable and friendly nature, being confident and forward-thinking.
You will be very customer service-oriented, have high attention to detail, and be capable of balancing various tasks throughout the day while prioritizing your workload.
