A well-established company in Oxford is looking for a Temporary Part-Time HR Administrator to cover absence for 3 months.
Your new role
Your role will be very varied, including coordinating regular team meetings, booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting onboarding and recruitment processes. This could involve dealing with application forms, assisting in shortlisting, and booking interviews.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have administrative/office experience, a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, and be comfortable updating data on systems. You will be able to handle confidential information and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3-month temporary position offering between 22-29.5 hours/week and will provide an hourly rate between £14-15/hr according to the hours (please call for further information). There is plenty of parking on site.
