Job summary We are currently seeking a permanent Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the District Nursing and Community Therapy teams in the South Area and City /North East of Oxfordshire. Your main focus will be ensuring the service runs efficiently and is well-organised, while also collaborating with Operational Managers and Admin Leads to support the development and modernisation of clinical services and administrative processes. You will oversee and supervise all administrative staff within the locality, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient administrative service to the team.
