Job Description:
We are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team who work at our service in Bury St Edmunds!
We have Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and Part-time (20 hours per week) positions available. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
No experience is needed, just a can-do and positive attitude. We can provide all the training you need to become an outstanding Support Worker - what we need is someone who wants to support people with learning disabilities to live their best lives!
About our services
The role of a Support Worker can be dynamic, supporting people out and about, enjoying activities such as eating out, theatre, shopping, and visiting family. The role is also domestic, ensuring health and safety around the house, and supporting with cleaning, laundry, and gardening.
Support can be very personal, including assistance in the bathroom/shower, getting dressed, and supporting mobility needs. We work creatively to ensure that the people we support can make their own choices about how they want to live their lives.
