IT Support Engineer
Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to step into a more autonomous, client-facing role with real variety and responsibility?
A growing North East-based MSP is looking for a talented engineer to join its close-knit technical team. You’ll work across multiple client environments, managing infrastructure, supporting users onsite and remotely, and playing a key role in project delivery — all while developing your skills in a highly collaborative and supportive setting.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environments preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server, and general infrastructure
* Confidence troubleshooting networking issues (WiFi, firewalls, VLANs, switching)
* Clear communication and the ability to build great relationships with end users and stakeholders
* A proactive mindset and a desire to keep learning
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing both onsite and remote support to a diverse range of clients
* Managing infrastructure, hardware, cloud services, and systems (incl. CCTV, AV, telephony)
* Delivering project work, installations, and technical upgrades
* Escalating issues, mentoring junior staff, and owning client relationships
