Reporting to the New Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the drive for regional growth.
Your Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Proactively follow up online enquiries with outbound calls, scheduling visits and installations.
3. Manage and track the sales pipeline, supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
4. Coordinate sales meetings and provide essential administrative support.
5. Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate sales reports.
7. Develop a deep understanding of Secure Home Systems' offerings to support clients effectively.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
1. 3+ years' experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
2. Exceptional communication skills with a professional, engaging telephone manner.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.
4. Strong organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with the security solutions industry (preferred, but not required).
