You will:
- Be working very closely with the Client
- Have experience in refurbishment and managing fit out projects
- Have managed the lifecycle of projects
- Have PFI/healthcare background
Work included:
* Complete fit out work
* Fire door upgrades/replacements
* Scaffold erection
* Providing permits
* Health & safety assessment
Qualifications required
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* First Aid
* RAMS
