About the Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 3 to 19, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their potential. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs. Assist in implementing personalised education and behaviour plans. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to support emotional well-being. Help students develop social skills, confidence, and independence. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to suit individual needs. Requirements A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role is desirable. Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet students’ diverse needs.
