We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales platform, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales platform, including order processing and customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
