Our client, a successful SME business, are currently looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, covering the South of England. A company car will be provided. Main duties include: New business development, maintaining a good level of outbound calls and visits. Qualifying leads and fact-finding Building lasting relationships with clients Arranging, delivering meetings,product demonstrations and negotiation. Supporting internal teams with quotations Contributing to sales campaigns The successful candidate: Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales. Confident communicator, resilient and motivated to succeed Proactive with the ability to use own initiative to identify new business opportunities Strong account management skills Good IT skills The desire to work in a friendly team There is 26 days annual leave, laptop and mobile provided as well as a good commission structure.
