This is a brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to support a team of dynamic Solicitors in a very established local firm. You will be required to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support and assist the team with their day-to-day tasks.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing secretarial and administrative support for three Partners specialising in conveyancing.
2. Typing a wide range of legal documentation as well as correspondence and Land Registry reports.
3. Managing busy diary schedules, coordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork.
4. Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries from clients, other Solicitors, and Lenders.
5. Opening files for new clients, updating details as cases progress, and archiving completed case notes.
6. Monitoring the billing process, recording time used by the team and raising client invoices.
