Your Impact
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our IT support team. The role involves installing, analysing, repairing, and maintaining various types of computer hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes and identify areas for system improvement.
* Gather, document, and validate system and business requirements from stakeholders.
* Design and implement IT solutions to optimise business operations.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and maintain system architecture.
* Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
* Oversee system testing and implementation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide training and support to end-users for new and existing systems.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
* Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
* Understanding of business processes, system analysis, and IT solutions.
* Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
