Our vision is to positively change lives and we do this by delivering an extensive range of community support and registered care services to over 1,000 people every month.As part of our registered care services, we run three Kosher, residential homes for people with learning disabilities. Role Summary We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who shares our values to help us make a difference to our service and our learning disability residents. Your role will be to provide an ethnically sensitive and person-centred residential care service to our residents. You will be working as part of a group of dedicated Team Leaders and support staff in a small 5 bed home. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for day to day running, ensuring all relevant systems and processes are maintained for both staff and residents, taking the lead from the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager on tasks to achieve targets and the departments KPIs. Updating electronic records and our electronic HR system, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a high standard of care and support. You will work alongside and taking the lead from the Registered Manager to manage a team of carers providing hands-on care and support to our residents when needed. Support the Registered Manager as required in providing cover of shortfalls in the service, such as sickness, annual leave, and weekend cover. The service operates 24hrs a day and 7days a week, you will be expected to work flexibly on evenings and weekends as required.
