If you’re ready to make a real impact, keep reading What You’ll Be Doing: Quality Assurance: You’ll oversee product specifications and ensure everything meets the highest standards throughout the production process. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis and provide detailed reports that support continuous improvement across the business. ISO Auditing: Carry out internal audits across ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards, following up on any actions required. Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conforming materials through the NCMR process, performing root cause analyses, implementing corrective measures, and monitoring results. Supplier Performance: Act as the key quality contact, monitoring supplier performance and participating in quarterly reviews, to support the supply chain. Customer Focus: Address customer concerns via the NCR/8D process, ensuring effective and efficient resolution. Quality Training & Support: Provide QHSE and IPC610 training onsite and support staff with product-related queries. Process Improvement: Play an active role in PFMEA and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, supporting development from start to finish. Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key QHSE metrics and KPIs, ensuring the team is always working with the most up-to-date information. About You: To be successful in this role, our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities: Educational Background: HNC or equivalent in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, especially ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Analytical Mindset: Skilled in analysing and presenting quality data to drive continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Confident communicator, able to work effectively across teams and with external partners. Hands-On Approach: You’re practical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. Electronics & Quality Expertise: NEBOSH qualification and/or experience in quality improvement programmes, IPC electronic assembly, or electronics knowledge is a bonus. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, MRP systems (e.g., Javelin, SAP, BaaN), and calibration processes. Why Apply?
