£12.90 - £13.50 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
* Deliver group interventions to children with additional needs
* Provide 1:1 support for children with SEN, ensuring they receive an inclusive education
* Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for children
* Help create a positive learning environment for all children
* Support children with personal care and medical needs, if required
* Collaborate with other staff members and professionals to ensure children's needs are met
* Monitor and track children's progress and report back to teachers and parents
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Understanding of SEN support strategies
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
* Good organisational skills
* Empathy and patience
