We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join in the role of Operations Administrator. This role is at the core of our Wellington operations and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is dedicated to supporting operational excellence.
This is not just any administrative position; it is an opportunity to have a significant impact and directly contribute to the success of our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wellington Site, including planning, logistics, transport, HR, and Sales functions and ensuring the smooth running of the Wellinton office. Additionally, you will serve as a key link between the factory and Head Office departments.
Working hours
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
About the role
* Provide support to the transportation team during absences.
* Warmly welcome and assist site visitors.
* Answer and screen telephone calls, directing them appropriately.
* Communicate with Head Office regarding HR issues, Customer Services/Sales queries, visitors, and Group initiatives.
* Raise POs and maintain accurate business records, including PODs, training records, and transport invoices.
* Take meeting notes when required.
* Support Quality, Compliance, Health & Safety efforts with reporting.
