Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Our client holds a significant presence in the parental assessment sector and understands the importance of continued care. They have now opened supported housing to provide follow-on residential care for assessed families.
They are committed to providing residential family-based support to low-risk families and breaking the cycle to keep families together.

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum - plus opportunity for overtime
Location: Ilford, Essex, IG1
The Case Manager will work closely with families, assessing and implementing placement plans to promote, strengthen, and develop parenting skills.
The home has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high specification.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
