We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to help maintain a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming office environment at our Bristol headquarters. This is a full-time role, based out of our Bristol office 5 days per week, where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, supporting our teams, and helping us maintain a space that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience. You will be at the heart of the business, ensuring our office is fully stocked, well-maintained, and a great place to work.
Key areas of responsibility
* Overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring it remains a well-organised and efficient space.
* Being responsive to employee needs, handling ad-hoc requests, and ensuring a supportive office environment.
* Welcoming visitors, providing office tours, and creating a positive first impression.
* Event management.
* Managing food and beverage provisions, including ordering supplies, stocking kitchens, and arranging catering for meetings and events.
* Coordinating office maintenance and escorting contractors on site.
* Setting up meeting rooms, deconflicting schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination of customer visits.
* Maintaining storage areas and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible.
