About the Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work as an education support worker for children with autism. As a teaching assistant at Hazel Cottage School, you will play a vital part in supporting the education and development of our students with autism.
Key responsibilities include assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that our students receive the best possible learning experience.

Hazel Cottage School is a new school that provides education and care to students with autism aged 4-11 years. Our goal is to provide a high-quality education that meets the needs of all our students, and we believe that every learner deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a school or educational setting.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of our students.
* An understanding of the needs of students with autism and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet their requirements.
