An exciting role within our Freedom Banking team has arisen, this role will be responsible for assisting Branches with all matters relating to Cash, including but not limited to Cash Variances, Cash Collections and Banking.
The role is focused on supporting our Branches to enable them to carry out their roles effectively, you should therefore be willing to work at our Watford Support Centre.

Key Accountabilities
* Assisting Branches with queries through our Helpdesk System.
* Ensuring Branch queries are answered in a timely manner and within our SLAs.
* Investigation of unknown receipts to enable allocation to Branches.
* Assisting Branches with ordering of Banking Books and Deposit Cards.
* Setting up and dealing with Branch G4S queries.
* Monitoring Cash Variances at Branches and investigating as appropriate.
* Assisting with Branch Petty Cash reconciliation and analysis.
* Assist with weekly reporting of Freedom to Turnover.
* Reconciliation of Bank Accounts at Month End.
* Processing of journals for corrections, bank and intercompany.
* Processing of Bank Mandates for newly acquired branches.
* Assisting employees with business Credit Card issues.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Your Skills & Experience
* Experience of working with high volume of queries, preferably multi-site.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proactive nature, good ability to investigate and resolve issues.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, specifically at Month End.
* Ability to communicate professionally face-to-face, as well as through email and telephone.
