Consumer and Public Services team Working in the Consumer and Public Services team works on the big issues facing people across the UK today. Our team has a broad scope, with projects that show how people are being impacted by the rising cost of living crisis, ensure new digital markets work for - not against - consumers, or push for much needed reform in the private rental market. In recent years, our policy work has secured big wins for renters, those using payday lenders, job hunters, people living in social care, those choosing broadband providers, and people using their mobiles abroad.
