This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull area.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individual, to support the corporate reception at the Head office The Beacon. This role is working on a front of house reception, meeting and greeting visitors and staff. Dealing with all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing visitors for their appointments, Booking meeting rooms, franking and organising the post. Laminating, binding, and various tasks provided for teams when required.
Candidates must be highly organised, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We require a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service i.e. covering for annual leave and sickness.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role. Candidates must have knowledge of RSA 2 or ECDL or be able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill. Experience of working within an office environment and being able to carry out general office procedures are essential.
