Salary: £12.69 per hour, plus increase weekend rate at £14.69 per hour, paid travel time and 45p per mile & £500 joining bonus*
Contract: 16 - 30 hour contracts available, all contracts include working every other weekend
Shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm (other shifts may be available)
Sponsorship: ECL does not provide support for sponsorship at this time
Travel required – You will be required to travel around Rayleigh, Hockley and Hullbridge so a Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

To be considered as a Care Assistant, you need:
A valid driving license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
To be 18 and over
Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
To want to provide a high quality of care and support to vulnerable people
Exceptional listening and communication skills
To possess an empathetic approach
To be willing to provide personal care
A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must
