The Package
1. £36,000 Salary
2. 10% Bonus
3. Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only) - No Evenings or Weekends!!!
4. Term time only (42 weeks - 10 Weeks Holiday)

The Job Role
1. Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site.
2. Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team.
3. Chef Manager to provide a healthy GP.
4. A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday.
The Requirements
1. A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with experience of high-quality contract catering or Education background.
2. A genuine love for food.
3. Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP.
4. Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments.
5. A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front.
