Retirement Village Groups is on the lookout for a Recruiter to join our People Team in our Victoria Office based in London.
To enable our growth plans, we are shaping our recruitment strategy enabling the business to provide an excellent service to hiring managers and the overall candidate experience. This role will support both our central office and operational teams through a direct sourcing approach and engagement with the local communities that support our Villages. The post holder will be pivotal in defining a recruitment approach, sourcing the right people through a robust recruitment and selection process.
They will own the candidate management cycle working in partnership with key stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the process, including onboarding enabling a seamless process for individuals delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand the gaps and implement the process as defined in our Recruitment Policy
2. Manage the candidate recruitment process and provide a toolkit for Managers to empower them when recruiting for their teams
3. Actively ensure that hiring managers are following the right process and support through training and coaching to develop recruitment skills and behaviours across the business
4. Ensuring the prospective employee receives an excellent candidate experience
5. Support the department lead around recruitment and sourcing budgets
6. Embedding DE&I into our recruitment processes and plan
7. Implement and embed our Recruitment policy
8. Ensure companywide communication of the recruitment approach, policies and tools available to support managers is carried out in an effective and timely manner utilising various communication tools

9. Collaborates and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business
10. Excellent communicator with accurate written, verbal and presentation skills
11. Background in recruitment at Management level - ideally in hospitality or related sector
12. Up to date knowledge of recruitment practices, processes and legislation
13. Understanding and knowledge of DE&I and how we can embed this into our recruitment strategy
