The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced HSE Manager to join our expanding engineering client, to be based out of Brentwood, Essex.
Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to visit various key customer sites across the South East. As HSE Manager you will have a proven track record in high-hazard and heavily regulated environments, with knowledge and expertise working with and continually improving recognised management systems
Some of your duties will include:
6. Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
7. Supports outages and projects at customers sites, must be flexible to travel and work away. During outages, the HSE Manager shall be required to manage Health and Safety processes.
8. Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
9. Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders
What do you need to succeed?
10. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, or equivalent CSCS card holder
11. Experience and knowledge of management systems such as ISO,, and
12. Relevant Health and Safety Advisory experience working within the heavy engineering sectors.
