Our services support adults who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Care Worker, you’ll provide care and support to individuals staying in our service. This will involve supporting with personal care, supporting to make choices with the activities of daily life and engaging in activities that are important to the people you are working with. Every day is busy and most days there are trips out or activities going on in the service.

You will attend mandatory induction training to support you in your role. What is necessary are the right values, behaviour, and attitude towards working with people who have a learning disability.
Weekends are paid at time and half, Bank Holidays are double time, and any hours worked between 20:00-22:15 are time and third. You will be required to work alternate weekends and your rota will be a mixture of day shifts (06:45-14:45) & after shifts (14:15-22:15). You will also need to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
