Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors & Consultants
My client are excitied to announce, due to the continued success and growth, they are currently recruiting for qualified Asbestos Surveyors, Analysts, and Consultants to join our team in Livingston.
With a strong national client portfolio, they are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our regional operations in the central belt of Scotland. Roles and Responsibilities
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across various building types, in accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide.
* Perform reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
* Carry out air monitoring and inspection services related to asbestos removal projects.
* Oversee asbestos removal projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Represent the company professionally, providing expert advice and consultancy services to clients.
Person Specification
* Preferably two years of relevant industry experience.
* Strong working knowledge of HSG 248 & HSG 264.
* Excellent communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety related to asbestos work.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IT literate (experience with TEAMs is an advantage, but full training will be provided).
* Flexible approach to working hours.

* Competitive salary: £28,225.60 - £38,438.40 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
