Description
Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to staff and management
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
Assist in the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hires
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies
Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
Support the HR department in day-to-day operationsProfile
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
A solid background in human resources, preferably in the business services industry
Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
