About the role:
* You'll be working with a diverse group of learners who have faced challenges in their education, providing individual and small group support to help them achieve their potential.
* You'll be a key part of a team that encourages students to achieve as many nationally recognized qualifications as possible, as well as participate in wider learning opportunities.
* You'll work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* You'll be involved in a range of activities, including preparing learning materials, supporting students with their work, and providing individualised support.
We are looking for individuals with:
* Experience working with young people who have experienced difficulties in mainstream education. You'll need to be able to demonstrate your understanding of the challenges these students face and your ability to build positive relationships.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Resilience and a positive attitude. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting students, even when faced with challenging situations.
We offer:
* A supportive and collaborative environment with a dedicated team of professionals. You'll be part of a team that is committed to providing the best possible support for our students.
* Opportunities for professional development and training. We are committed to supporting our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
