Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
* Competitive pay rate of up to £520 per week
* Full-time, long-term Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role at a specialist school in Sheffield
* Sociable working hours of 8:00 – 4:00, Monday to Friday
* Support students aged 11-19 with complex learning, communication, and speech needs as well as other SEN
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to improve communication skills and foster independence
* Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists, SEN teachers, and support staff to create tailored strategies
