Our client is a leading leisure trust, which operates leisure facilities in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a part-time Membership/Collections Administrator to join their team. The role is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, spanning 5 days from Monday to Friday, encompassing a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.
As a Membership/Collections Administrator, you will ideally have previous experience working with direct debit, standing order, BACS systems, or data entry. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, timekeeping, and interpersonal skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
The role will include ensuring the membership database is maintained accurately and that BACS collections are completed within the relevant timescales. We are looking for individuals who can provide an efficient and effective first point of contact for membership account-related queries.
