The Staffing Network are recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join our clients team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer Night Shift Hours: 18:00pm to 06.00am Shift: Night shift 4 On 4 Off Pay rate: 13.42 per hour/overtime rate- time and a half Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire What the role involves: Efficiently picking orders using barcode scanners Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Occasionally operate powered equipment (PPT) Training will be provided Working in different temperature zones, ambient, frozen, and chilled Safe operation of manual handling equipment What are we looking for in a candidate An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks People who are self-motivated with the ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Experience of working in a racked warehouse environment.
