Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our Quality Assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires good CMM & PC-DMIS experience. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001). Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the turning and milling departments to check parts quickly and accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions effectively. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, audits, and compliance records. PPAP & IMDS knowledge is preferred. Requirements Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a CNC machining company. Understanding of manufacturing process's eg. Turning, 5 axis Milling, wire EDM, spark EDM, surface/cylindrical grinding. Confident using inspection equipment like shadow graphs, bore micrometre's, height gauges, screw/plug gauges etc Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
