Stratstone Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Master Technician. The role As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and repair of BMW and MINI vehicles, in a timely and efficient manner. BMW/MINI will empower, support and give you all the tools you need to thrive in an exciting environment where your role is vital to our success, and pay a competitive basic up to £45,000 depending on experience, with OTEs in the range of £70,000 and target intial threshold at 45% This role is a Full-Time Permanent contract working Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a Rota Basis, paid as Overtime. Perform all work assigned in a timely manner, economically and to Company and Manufacturer’s standards Advise the Workshop Supervisor if additional work is required on a vehicle and seek their assistance and authority in the rectification of faults Maintain a high level of competence for the work to be undertaken by undergoing on-site training, attending courses at suppliers and manufacturer’s and reading technical bulletins as required Discuss with customers, problems with the vehicle as requested (Total Involvement). Ensure the Company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained when dealing with customers Operate equipment and carry out all duties in a safe manner. Assist management with the introduction of new methods of work designed to improve efficiency. 40 hours a week. £45,000 - £50,000, dependent on skills and experience OTE's of £65,000 - £70,000 Your profile Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent Previous experience within a main dealer is desirable although not essential. Master Technician accreditation or equivalent.
