About the Role - The Learning and Development Coordinator (Operations) will be responsible for developing and coordinating the business support systems and processes to maintain the delivery of the England Netball learning and development (L&D) opportunities. Responsibilities Lead the coordination of England Netball’s L&D opportunities to include officiating, coaching, and various CPD offerings Provide a seamless customer journey that enhances the learner experience. Utilise and evolve systems and processes that support the delivery of L&D opportunities. Follow agreed policies and processes; both internally and when supporting learners. Provide operational support to the L&D operations manager. Build relationships with the key internal teams to support strategic course planning and any L&D related issues. Build relationships with key external partners i.e. the awarding body, and ensure compliance with their policies, systems and processes. Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with a range of customer enquiries regarding the range of L&D offers. Oversee the use of the Onefile and Education Management systems (EMS). Coordinate the central calendar for L&D opportunities (when agreed) and ensure that the relevant folders are created and maintained. Update the L&D dashboard with agreed data as appropriate. Periodically gather relevant insight and produce reports which demonstrate the impact of the L&D team and help improve ways of working Ensure finance sheets are created, updated, and monitored for each L&D opportunity and that England Netball's financial processes are adhered to. Share best practices with the L&D workforce team. Provide course support once a month (maximum one session per month; evening or Saturday morning).
