What you do :
* Prepare, cook, present, and serve food to company standards which may include breakfast, morning break, lunch, and hospitality to a high standard.
* Deliver the highest quality cooking on a strict deadline.
* To complete due diligence paperwork as required by the company: Food Safety, Health & Safety processes, and policies.
* Completion of all mandatory training including updates as stipulated by the business.
* You will adhere to all company compliance (such as Food safety, Health and Safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).
* To carry out craft/ skills training for catering staff.
* To ensure that all service counters and food is presented to company standards.
* To guarantee that each dish served is portioned according to business requirements.
* To complete daily/ weekly cleaning duties as instructed by the line manager and this includes all food preparation and storage areas, all catering communal areas. Removal of waste from catering area.
* Deliver exceptionally high standards in customer service, cleanliness, tidiness, and other operational activity.
What you bring :
* A minimum of 1 years of experience in hands on cooking, training on Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety will be given.
* A can-do attitude and zest to progress in your cooking career.
* Exposure to or experience with large-scale cooking.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a busy Kitchen environment
