Job summary Fixed Term/Secondment - 9 months from start date The successful candidate will be able to choose which of the 4 SYICB bases is most suitable for them (Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham). The role is covering maternity leave absence and is a multi faceted role working across both the Mental health and Continuing healthcare workstreams. You will be a fully qualified accountant who has excellent analytical and technical skills which will be vital to provide detailed reporting around changes to patient and financial information particularly to support the delivery of efficiency schemes within the ICB. Main duties of the job Preparation of accurate and timely month end management accounts including accruals, prepayments and forecast outturn adjustments. Use of financial and clinical systems to process and analyse large volumes of data including looking at trends and explanation of changes and variances. Provision of financial support relating to the ICBs efficiency schemes. Liaison with Continuing Healthcare Clinical team and Local Authorities on a regular basis.
