Are you dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking an SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner SEN school in Exeter, working with learners aged 5 -16. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to students with SEN to enhance their learning experience.
* Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
* Mentor students to boost their confidence and independence.
* Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
* Collaborate with staff to implement individualized learning plans.
Requirements:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car.
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
* A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
