Location: Homebased - Chiswick office (1 day a week) Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months) This role is part of our wider BSI Communications offering, owning and delivering change communications to ensure the successful delivery of our global strategy and transformation agenda. You will work collaboratively with the delivery teams, to partner on programmes and projects, while contributing to our global change narrative. This role is part of a wider change communications area of expertise as we work together to keep key stakeholders and BSI colleagues informed, engaged, inspired and ready to adopt the change needed. Key Responsibilities: Guided by the Change Communications Lead, you will partner with project/programme teams to develop and implement comprehensive communications and engagement to deliver change the agenda across BSI. Create a compelling and engaging transformation journey to ensure adoption of the targeted change. Distil complex messaging into simple, targeted and relevant messaging. Advise and guide project teams on change communications to support the delivery of a consistent communications approach. Create toolkits and briefing packs for leaders and project teams to drive a consistent communications approach. Develop and deliver communication collateral to support successful completion of projects in line with agreed change delivery approach. Delivery all communication assets and collateral using relevant channels. Ensure all collateral is aligned to BSI brand, purpose and tone of voice. Support the delivery of change focused events both virtual and face to face. Measure the impact of the change communications and engagement, collect and response to feedback and adapt to plans as needed. Skills and Experience: Substantial experience in delivering change communications and engagement within a large transformation team. Confident development, ownership and implementation of comprehensive communications. Proven ability in creating content for a range of channels - Sharepoint, email, Viva Engage (or similar platforms), presentations, narratives, engagement sessions etc. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
