Automotive Workshop Administrator
Location: Northampton
Our client, a privately owned garage specialising in the servicing and repair of Commercial Vehicles, is seeking an Automotive Workshop Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our workshop by handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Role: Automotive Workshop Administrator
Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5pm (30 mins lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing and managing invoices
2. Dealing with phone orders and customer inquiries
3. Performing general administrative duties to support workshop activities
4. Ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and administrative skills
2. Excellent phone communication skills
3. Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
4. Previous experience in an administrative or automotive-related role is a plus, but not essential
