Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our newly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working either independently or as part of a team to ensure each vehicle is restored to its original condition.
Responsibilities
1. Preparing vehicles for painting, including all surface preparation. Cleaning, sanding and priming surfaces to ensure paint adheres properly.
2. Paint mixing and application ensuring smooth and uniform finishes.
3. Adhere to safety protocols and use of PPE.
4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Skills/Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in the automotive repair industry.
2. High level knowledge of paint application processes and techniques.
3. Ability to mix and match colours accurately.
4. High attention to detail and commitment is paramount to delivering quality workmanship.
5. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and refinishing.
6. Relevant qualifications in automotive painting or refinishing NVQ Level 3/ATA.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
