Job Title: Fabric and Trim Admin Assistant
Reporting to: Fabric and Trim Developer
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract Type: 12 Month Contract / Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Fabric & Trim Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting fabric and trim development, sourcing, and sustainability efforts. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for textiles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Fabric & Trim Coordination:
1. Maintain accurate fabric information in development spreadsheets.
2. Input and update seasonal raw materials in our internal WFX system.
3. Communicate with mills to request fabric and trim samples, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
4. Keep fabric and trim boards up to date with precise and well-presented information.
Sourcing & Development Support:
1. Organize supplier meetings and manage diary bookings.
2. Coordinate DHL shipments for lab dips and special fabric developments.
3. Send confirmed bulk colour swatches to fabric suppliers and maintain reference files.
4. Update seasonal colour boards with approved bulk colours.
5. File bulk fabric references and distribute copies to the buying team.
6. Maintain an organized record of approved lab dips for future reference.
